It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. And so we accept returns on domestic orders that are received within 14 days of your delivery.
If the merchandize is unworn, unused, is in original condition, and has all of the original tags, please mail your item(s) back to us using a tracked shipping service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we receive an item that is less than new in condition. So please, handle each item carefully.
We look over each piece of merchandize to make sure that we are not shipping out a defective item. However, if you feel that you might have gotten an item that is defective or does not work as it should, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can fix your order right away!

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return for a full refund (minus $9 shipping fee) within 14 days of the order date. If you ordered the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 14-days of the order date. However, please note that the $15 postage fee (shipping fee both ways) must be covered by the customer.
